Getting bewildered by all the things that I want and trying to figure out all the things that I actually need. Need to set priorities.
1)Highest priority is carpet - will be ordering that this week.
cost: about 20,000 yen total
2)New futon (not really needed, but my futon isn't very good):
cost: contemplating 10,000 to 20,000 yen
3)TV - would be nice to have before May 5th
cost: under 10,000 yen would be great.
How big of a tv would I like? 25"? I no longer have any idea how big that is. I should go visit an electronics store later.
There's a used one going for 8000 yen, which seems pretty cheap to me.
4)External hard drive
40 G or more, USB 2.0, ideally 7200rpms, but not necessarily required
cost: 8000 yen or more, apparently
5)end table
cost: 4000 yen or less
6)vacuum cleaner
cost: unknown
I'm thinking of withdrawing a lot of money this week, laf. Payday was today anyway!
